We guarantee that every transaction you make on spartagymstore.com will be 100% safe. The checkout and confirmation areas of our site are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS PCI-DS which ensures the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Is there any sales tax?
There is NO sales tax on any purchase store wide.
What financing options do you offer?
PayPal Credit®, which is a simple way to make online purchases without using a credit card. There are no payments + no interest if your purchase is paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more. Just check out with PayPal and choose PayPal Credit. Subject to credit approval.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from the manufacturer, from whichever distribution center is closest to you.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to ship your order in 2-3 business day from the time the order is placed. Delivery times vary based on the shipping address. If there are any delays, we will do our best to let you know.
Do you offer in home delivery and set up?
Yes, we do offer in home delivery and setup for a wide array of equipment. Be in touch with one of our sales reps to ask if it's possible for your order. An additional charge will apply.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is made easy. After your item ships you will be sent tracking information as well as status updates up until delivery.
Warranty, Service & Returns
What is the warranty on my purchase?
- Manufacturer Warranty (authorized online retailer): Manufacturer's warranties vary per product. For more information on a product's warranty, please contact one of our sales representatives.
- Extended Service Warranty: Available for most products sold through our store. For more information on a product's warranty, please contact one of our sales representatives.
How do I make a return?
To return a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned like new in the original packaging. You should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used when placing your order. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs for returning an item.
*All large items, such as home gyms, functional trainers, smith machines, racks, etc. are not returnable if they have already been assembled.
*All Bodycraft products are only returnable within 15 days unopened in its factory sealed box.
What if my purchase arrives damaged?
If your product is defective, or sustains damage during shipping, please contact us at email@example.com right away. We will exchange defective products as quickly as possible. All items need to be returned in their original packaging.
